HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of Candidate Sourcing techniques including Job Boards, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with Hiring Managers & other stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using Placement Software's like Naukri.com etc.
