We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offers, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools.
