About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
* Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
* Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
* Participate in **on-campus, off-campus recruitment drives and job melas/job fairs**.
* Visit colleges and other locations for recruitment drives when required.
* Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
* Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.
Preferred candidate profile
* **Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.**
* **Freshers can also apply.**
* **Male & Female candidates can apply.**
* Candidates who can speak **Tamil and/or Kannada** are preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be **willing to travel and participate in campus drives, off-campus drives and job melas**.
* Candidates willing to work in **Tirupati or Chennai** can apply.
