HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future recruitment efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (IT Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of SAP Hiring tools and processes.
• Excellent sourcing skills with ability to find qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Ability to conduct effective screenings using various methods.
