HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various NON IT positions through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of Non-IT sectors and current trends in technology.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
