Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer follow-up, and onboarding support. The role will work closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data, and help deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) - 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs preferred
• Strong interest in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
• Team player with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals)
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database in ATS/Excel trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Support in bulk hiring and campus recruitment activities when required
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements
• Assist senior recruiters in closing positions within defined timelines
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
