Hr Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage recruitment for Sales, Collection, Credit, Operations, and Branch roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• NBFC/BFSI recruitment experience preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
