Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT requirements in BFSI domain
• Source candidates through different career portals and references
• Perform Boolean search for quality candidate sourcing
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates and clients till closure
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure positions are closed within timelines

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR Preferred
• Relevant Experience: 3 - 5 Years of experience
• Must Have Skills:
  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Sourcing and screening profiles
  • Interview coordination
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in bulk hiring
• Good Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of job portals
  • Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring
  • Team handling skills
  • MS Excel knowledge

Working Details

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Mode of Interview: F2F
• Shift Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Mode of Work: Work from office
