2) Contract to Hire (C2H)
2) Hire candidates from front line to Senior level.
3) Screen candidates from Job Portals,
4) Follow up them from interview to joining.
5) Close positions in minimum time.

Required Candidate profile

1) Having prior experience in IT/non-IT recruitment.
2) Contract to Hire
3) Fluent communication in English,
4) Experience in searching candidates from job portals.
5) Good counseling power.
