HR Recruiter

Role Summary:
Responsible for recruiting frontline/face-to-face fundraising staff for assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
• Post jobs on job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
• Screen CVs and walk-in candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
• Track and report recruitment status and candidate data.
• Review CV quality and improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting frontline sales/telecalling staff.
• Hands-on experience with selection processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and job portals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Excel skills for recruitment reports.
• Strong planning, analytical, creative sourcing, and problem-solving skills.
