- Role: IT Recruiter
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-3 years in IT recruitment

Qualification: MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals & internal database

- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipeline for niche IT and Non IT roles
- Meet TAT and closure targets
2.Role: Non IT Recruiter
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-3 years in Non IT recruitment
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Qualification: MBA preferred
Preferred Industry: Recruitment Consultancy
