HR - Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the Logistics/Transport industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and supporting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders
• Source candidates through job portals, references & networking
• Screen, shortlist and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback & closures
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in HR Recruitment
• Must have experience in Logistics / Transport Industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners
• Experience hiring for logistics roles like sales, operations, accounts, etc.
