HR Recruiter - WFH

We are hiring HR Recruiter who join immediately

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media & internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with clients & candidates
• Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports
  
  

Eligibility & Skills

• 1 to 2 year experience
• Ability to manage multiple positions independently
• Flexible working hours & strong coordination skills
• Must be flexible with hours , its not a 9 am to 6 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed.
• Good English communication skills
• Must have experience as IT Recruiter.
• Experience in US Healthcare will be an added advantage.
