Process: Non IT Recruiter - Voice Process

Location: Ambegaon Bk, Pune

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Min. 3 - 6 months Exp in recruitment or telecalling required.

Shift Details: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM | Sunday Week OFF

Salary: 15K - 25K In hand + Incentives

Responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound and outbound calls.
2. Screening candidates based on job requirements.
3. Sourcing candidates through portals and other channels.
4. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Good communication skills
2. Basic recruitment knowledge.
3. Candidates with Banking / Broking industry knowledge or experience will be preferred.
