Process: HR Recruiter / Tele caller Executive
Responsibilities:
- Call candidates and explain job opportunities
- Screen profiles as per requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Min. 6 Month Calling / Recruitment Exp. Required
- Basic communication skills in Hindi & Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 18K - 30K in hand / CTC
- Incentives based on performance
Work Details:
- Shift Timings: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
