HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker/ATS.
• Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment for multiple positions when required.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts and offer-to-joining follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Track recruitment TAT, interview status, offers and joining status.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
