HR Recruiter- Sales

Role & responsibilities

To manage high-volume sourcing and recruitment for frontline and field-based roles across multiple locations, including

remote and semi-urban areas. The role will primarily focus on hiring Loan Officers, Relationship Officers, Field Sales

Executives, Front-End Sales Employees, and other frontline financial services roles. This is a sourcing-focused role,

with approximately 95% of the day-to-day work dedicated to candidate sourcing and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Majorly focus on daily candidate sourcing and building a strong hiring pipeline; approximately 95% of the role will

involve sourcing activities.

• Source candidates for Loan Officer, Relationship Officer, Field Sales Executive, Front-End Sales, and other

field-based financial services roles.

• Source candidates through Job Portals, WhatsApp Groups and Communities, Employee and Personal Referrals,

Social Media Platforms, Local Networks, and other relevant sourcing channels.

• Work on hiring requirements across remote, rural, semi-urban, and multiple geographical locations.
• Maintain a healthy sourcing pipeline and share relevant profiles against active requirements.
• Target and achieve a minimum of 25 closures/joiners per month, based on business requirements and hiring

volume.

• Conduct initial candidate screening based on experience, location, salary expectations, communication, and role

suitability.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Handle candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process to improve conversion and

reduce dropouts.

• Support salary discussions and negotiations within the approved range.
• Coordinate effectively with Hiring Managers, Business Teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate data and hiring status are updated accurately.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment MIS.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring is preferred.
• Experience in hiring for BFSI, FinTech, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan, Field Sales, or other frontline roles will be

an added advantage.

• Candidates with proven experience in managing high-volume sourcing and monthly closure/joining targets will be

preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing through Job Portals, WhatsApp, Referrals, Social Media, and Local Networks.
• Ability to source candidates across multiple and remote locations.
• Good communication and candidate convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data and tracker management.
• Good salary negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and high-volume recruitment environment.
