Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for India Branded Business
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely feedback collection and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status, challenges, and pipeline.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance during the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate database for future hiring requirements.
• Enhance employer branding through job postings and social media platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience in Sales recruitment
