HR Recruiter - Pune

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through campus hiring, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet company standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Preferred from Manufacturing Industries only.
• Only Thursday's will be off.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in sourcing top talent from diverse sources.
