HR Recruiter/Operations

Roles and responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and business requirements.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs) with respective stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other relevant channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
• Prior experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands will
  be an advantage.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations.
