HR Recruiter (Off-Role)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent for various roles within the organization through effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection decisions.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
• Strong understanding of building construction industry trends in Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in hiring for data center or high rise building projects preferred.
• Excellent leadership hiring skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
