Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support the HR team in preparing job postings and recruitment-related communication.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding activities and documentation when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding or interest in HR and recruitment.
• Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
