Job Summary

BOL7 Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive HR Recruiter / HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations from our Noida office. The ideal candidate is organized, people-friendly, and comfortable with high-volume hiring across multiple roles.

0-3 years preferred. Job Nature: Full Time | Work From Office. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist applicants against role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain HR records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Support day-to-day HR and office operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements
