Eligibility Criteria -
Education - BTech (Mandatory preference)
Experience Minimum 1+ Year in: International call center (Sales, Recruitment, Customer
Support)
US IT Recruitment / Technical hiring Any role involving international communication or Freshers
with good communication skills.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Source & attract candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct screening calls and assess communication + technical fit
Schedule interviews with hiring managers (USA clients)
Maintain hiring dashboards, trackers & daily reports
Handle walk-ins and bulk hiring drives
Provide a great experience to every candidate
Collaborate with HR, Ops, and Delivery teams for smooth closures

Confidence in talking to USA candidates
