HR Recruiter - Fresher

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Contact candidates through calls and explain job roles, salary packages, and interview details.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining confirmation.
• Maintain daily call reports, sourcing trackers, interview updates, and recruitment data.
• Meet daily sourcing targets and monthly recruitment closure targets.
• Coordinate with team members to fulfill client requirements within the specified timelines.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until successful joining.
• Maintain candidate database confidentiality and follow company recruitment procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate can apply; freshers are welcome.
• Candidates pursuing their final year or recently graduated may also apply, subject to availability during working hours.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
• Willingness to make regular candidate calls and work towards recruitment targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Good follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
