HR Recruiter - Field Sales and Bulk Hiring (Work From Home)

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing

• Recruit field sales promoters and other frontline staff across India.
• Source candidates through local recruitment networks, referrals, job portals, social media groups, staffing agencies, and offline hiring channels.
• Identify suitable local hiring markets and develop a reliable candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, follow up on offers, and improve joining rates.

2. Onboarding and Employee Coordination

• Explain job responsibilities, working arrangements, and joining requirements to selected candidates.
• Follow up with new joiners and resolve recruitment or onboarding issues.

3. Reporting and Management Communication

• Maintain recruitment, attendance, onboarding, and performance trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare regular hiring and workforce reports.
• Communicate recruitment progress, operational concerns, and staffing requirements to the Malaysia-based management team.

Preferred candidate profile

We would particularly like to hear from recruiters who have previously handled frontline or high-volume hiring, know where to find local sales candidates, and are comfortable taking responsibility for recruitment results and ongoing workforce coordination.

Candidates with experience in staffing agencies, recruitment consultancies, delivery/logistics recruitment, BFSI sales recruitment, or field workforce operations are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

• Fully remote position, with Bengaluru and Delhi NCR preferred as base locations.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
