HR Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment and bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding blue-collar staff to meet the organization's manpower requirements within the defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience hiring frontline and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk hiring for operational and frontline roles such as helpers, warehouse staff, delivery executives, drivers, technicians, security guards, housekeeping staff, and other relevant positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, local networks, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, salary expectations, location, and availability.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned departments.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Coordinate offer communication, document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate status updates.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality and joining ratios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment, with mandatory experience in blue-collar hiring.
• Hands-on experience in bulk recruitment and frontline staff hiring.
• Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and WorkIndia.
• Experience in local sourcing, candidate calling, screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple vacancies.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
