Kshetry & Co. is expanding its operations and is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Recruiter & Admin professional to join our Kolkata office. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR administration, and building high-performing teams in a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Employee onboarding and induction
HR documentation and personnel records management
Attendance, leave, and HR MIS management
Performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives
Coordination with management on HR operations and compliance
Administration & Coordination
Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Must have experience of recruiting Advocates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
