Hr Project Coordinator

Location: Chennai Perungudi

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer coordination.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding, onboarding, and employee exit formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring status reports.
• Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support project coordination during periods of lower recruitment workload.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and action items, and follow up with team members.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and share status updates.
• Hands-on experience managing Zoho HRM, including user access, basic configurations, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with different teams.
