HR - PMS/ L&D/ TM Executive

Role & responsibilities

Role purpose - Support and drive key Talent Management initiatives across PMS, L&D, Technical Competencies, R&R and OD projects.

Key Responsibilities

• PMS: Goal setting, KRA/KPI support, HRMS digitization, performance tracking and manager training on feedback.
• L&D: Build and support L&D processes including skill-gap analysis, TNA, training calendar, execution and effectiveness tracking.
• Technical Competencies: Support development, mapping and assessment of technical competency frameworks.
• R&R: Manage employee recognition initiatives, nominations, communication and MIS.
• OD / HR Projects: Participate in OD, culture, engagement and other HR transformation projects.
• HR Analytics: Prepare dashboards, MIS and insights related to PMS, competencies, training and R&R.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of experience in HR, preferably PMS or L&D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good Excel and HRMS skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Sharp, sincere, proactive and highly willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a build-from-scratch environment.
• MBA/PGDM or MA in Organizational Psychology HR preferred.
