HR Plant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labor force, ensuring compliance with factory acts and statutory regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, handling grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with unions and addressing their concerns.
• Coordinate IR activities such as recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

Job Requirements :

• 10-18 years of experience in HR Plant role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of contract labour management, factory act, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of labour laws and regulations governing the manufacturing industry.
