About this role
We are looking for experienced HR and People Operations professionals to support a project focused on designing realistic, structured tasks that evaluate how AI systems handle real-world HR workflows.
What Youll Do
- Design multi-step HR tasks based on real-world workflows such as payroll, workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and policy application.
- Create realistic supporting materials such as policies, payroll reports, workforce data, and employment documents.
- Define clear, objective criteria for evaluating task outputs.
- Design tasks that require practical judgment and careful interpretation of information.
- Review tasks for clarity, accuracy, and whether they can be objectively evaluated.
- Deliver high-quality tasks within project timelines.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
- Direct ownership of HR processes rather than supervisory or adjacent experience alone.
- Experience creating or applying structured standards, policies, checklists, process documentation, or training assessments.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- English proficiency: B2 minimum; C1 preferred.
- HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent is a plus.
- AI/LLM evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
