Job Overview

We are looking for an HR/Payroll Executive responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee-related payroll activities, including PF and ESI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final salary inputs.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.

• Handle statutory deductions and compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT), as applicable.

• Support PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, challans, returns, and employee queries.

• Process full and final settlements for exiting employees.

• Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and payslips.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, and ESI.

• Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.

• Practical understanding of PF, ESI, and statutory payroll deductions.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.

• Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
