HR Payroll-Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Payroll Intern to support our HR team in payroll operations and employee-related processes. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to payroll management, HR operations, employee data, and HR systems.

Duration - 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in the monthly payroll processing and related HR activities.

. Maintain and update employee records and payroll data.

. Support attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs.

. Assist in preparing and validating payroll reports and MIS.

. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and employee data discrepancies.

. Support documentation and other HR Operations activities.

. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

. Assist the HR team with other payroll-related tasks as required.

Requirements

. Pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field.

. Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.

. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

. Candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship are preferred.
