Hr Payroll Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing & Administration - Collect, review, and consolidate timesheets, sales calculations, and commission data from managers ahead of each payroll cycle.
• Reporting & Reconciliation - Generate and distribute post-payroll reports, Reconcile payroll-related general ledger and reimbursement accounts across all sites.
• Benefits & Retirement Administration
• Compliance & Employee Support
• Benefits Enrollment & Administration
• Vendor & Carrier Coordination
• Employee Support & Communication

Basic qualifications and requirements:

• 0-4+ years of experience
• BCOM/MCOM/MBA- HR degree
• Fluency in English is a must with effective communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage strict payroll deadlines.
• Discretion in handling confidential compensation and employee data.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets (Excel), Google Docs (word)

Nice to have:

• Experience in US HR/Payroll roles
• Working knowledge of US payroll systems (e.g., Paycor) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Working knowledge of US health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and applicable benefits compliance requirements.
• Prior payroll or accounting experience, ideally in commission-based payroll calculation environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS/benefits administration platforms.

Pay: As per market rate and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
