About this role
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding documentation, leave tracking and reporting, payroll inputs, employee letters and queries, and offboarding activities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and practices, reimbursements, documentation, and people processes.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.
- Support compliance, audit readiness, statutory requirements, and process governance through accurate record-keeping and documentation controls.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programmes, events, and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Develop and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.
- Support HR systems administration, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of people processes and operational excellence.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar tier 1 global HCM is preferable.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements is preferable.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in managing data, creating dashboards, and reporting meaningful workforce metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
