Role Summary:

The HR Operations professional will own day-to-day HR processes from onboarding to exit, ensuring accurate records, timely HR services, policy compliance and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers and exits.

• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, including personal files, documents and data audits.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management and inputs for monthly payroll processing with the payroll team / vendor.

• Handle employment documentation: offer and appointment letters, experience, relieving and other HR letters.

• Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document collection for new hires.

• Administer statutory compliance support: PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity and related filings and records.

• Support benefits administration, including insurance enrolment, reimbursements and employee queries.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and ensure timely resolution.

• Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs and Great Place To Work initiatives.

• Prepare HR MIS and dashboards: headcount, attrition, joiners / leavers, attendance and compliance reports.

• Support HR audits, policy rollouts and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements:

MBA / PGDM in HR or a bachelor's degree with relevant HR Operations experience.

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, preferably in IT / services or shared services environments.

• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

• Experience with HRMS tools and strong proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reporting).

• Excellent communication, confidentiality and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Good To Have:

Exposure to payroll processing and BGV vendor coordination.
