Job Description: HR Operations & Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and shift management.
• Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, and payslips.
• Manage applicable PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax compliance.
• Process full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, payroll reports, and employee records.
• Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and salary.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely salary disbursement.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, data confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
