Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee data management, including employee master data, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to HRIS system for seamless operations.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to employee benefits, salaries, and other HR-related matters.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information handling.
  
• Provide support in implementing new HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field (preferably from manufacturing industry).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proficiency in SAP HR module; knowledge of Darwin Box software an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems; ability to work independently on night shifts (if required).
