HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and employee separation.
2. Prepare, maintain, and analyse HR MIS reports, dashboards.
3. Handle HR analytics, attrition analysis, employee absconding cases, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes.
4. Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle and ensure timely completion of performance reviews and appraisals.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
6. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organisational requirements.
7. Maintain updated knowledge of labour law amendments and new wage code requirements.
8. Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI tools and other digital solutions to improve efficiency.
9. Develop HR dashboards and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel and the Automated tools to improve reporting accuracy and support data-driven decisions.
