Required Skills

• Strong experience in HR Operations and HR Administration.

• Hands-on experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Life Sciences is mandatory/preferred.

• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS and MS Office.

• Strong documentation and HR MIS skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
