• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Good knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

• Good analytical and HR MIS/reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities.
