HR Operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and stakeholder management.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience and support employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives for the assigned business/SBU.
• Ensure compliance with HR systems, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and upload payroll inputs within defined timelines.
• Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and benefits.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and training logistics.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Manage the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, including verification, approvals, system entries, and payment follow up.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Essential Qualification : Any graduate + MBA HR
• Experience : 3 to 6 Years
• Relevant Hiring Experience : 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations (preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering sector).
