HR Operations Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the HR Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including employee life cycle management, background verification, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of HR operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall service quality.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.
• Strong understanding of HR shared services model and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record in ensuring HR compliance across various functions (e.g., recruitment, benefits administration).
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
