HR Operations Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Compliance professional to manage employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, benefits administration, labor law compliance, HR governance, audits, and policy administration for ADP India. The role will partner with employees, business leaders, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure a seamless employee experience and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and New Hire Orientation (NANO) programs.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and employee setup processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits, insurance, and claims-related support.
• Support compliance with Indian labor laws, EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with labor compliance consultants and monitor third-party vendor compliance.
• Support HR audits, statutory audits, ISO audits, and governance reviews.
• Maintain and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and audit reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Compliance, or Shared Services environments.
• Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting audits, vendor compliance, and statutory compliance activities.
