Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, HRMS data maintenance, attendance and leave administration, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, probation confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Prepare and issue employment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee personal, professional, and employment records in HRMS.
• Support full and final settlement processes by providing accurate employee exit and attendance-related inputs.
  
  HRMS / HRIS Administration
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS.
• Update employee information, job details, reporting managers, departments, employment status, and other relevant records.
• Coordinate with HRIS, IT, and vendor teams to resolve system-related issues.

Attendance and Leave Management:

• Monitor attendance records, shift assignments, leave balances, and regularization requests.
• Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Process approved leave corrections and attendance adjustments in the HR system.
• Ensure accurate attendance and leave data before monthly payroll closure.

. Employee Benefits Administration

• Support employee enrollment and updates for group medical insurance and other applicable benefits.
• Coordinate additions, deletions, and changes to employee and dependent records.
• Respond to employee queries related to insurance enrollment and benefits.

HR Reporting:

• Prepare HR trackers and reports related to headcount, onboarding, exits, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee data.
• Use Excel to validate information & reconcile data.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
• Experience coordinating monthly payroll inputs and managing attendance and leave data.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS or payroll systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
