HR Operations Specialist

Sandoz Hiring | HR Operations Specialist | 6-Month Contract | Hyderabad

Sandoz is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the People & Organization (P&O) Services team on a 6-month contractual assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, employee support, and data accuracy.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support requests.
• Handle service requests and tickets through ServiceNow and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with HR experts and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Perform user administration and access management activities.
• Support P&O Services projects at country and business unit level.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 25 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and SAP.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management processes.
• Experience in employee data management and HR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred:
• Experience supporting global HR operations.
• Exposure to shared services or people services environments.
