HR Operations Specialist (Male) For Bhosari, Pune location.

Role & responsibilities

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, accurate, and compliant employee experience. The role oversees the following below:-

• Payroll Management
• Onboarding & New Hire Management
• employee data management ,payroll coordination,
• benefits and insurance administration,
• statutory compliance, HR systems management,
• employee lifecycle transactions, and offboarding activities.
• The position focuses on operational excellence, process standardization, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement while serving as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Employee Lifecycle Management, or HR Shared Services.
• Experience handling onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance activities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments handling multiple locations is preferred.

Technical Competencies

• HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
• Payroll processing and administration
• Onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Benefits and insurance administration
• Labor law and statutory compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR reporting
