We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations & Payroll Interns to join our team in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for MBA/PGDM HR freshers who are interested in building a career in HR Operations and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee documentation.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management activities.
• Maintain accurate employee data, records, and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain MS Excel trackers.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HR Operations and Payroll.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle employee records and documentation.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR/HRM.
• Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad.
• Candidates available for a 6-month internship.

Stipend: 15,000 per month
