Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Executive to manage employee lifecycle operations, payroll processing, billing, and statutory compliance for a large staffing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, BGV, documentation, and induction.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and timesheet validation.
• Coordinate client billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
• Manage employee queries, grievances, exits, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Maintain employee records, payroll reports, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, finance teams, and compliance partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
• Mandatory experience in the Staffing / Workforce Solutions industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Excellent Excel skills and data management capabilities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
